Friendly staff let us store our bicycles inside the hotel. Evening meal was excellent. Table Tennis table on patio great for bonding with other guests. Staff fantastic. Good shower and spacious room.

Maison du Mont is fantastic chambre d'hote - being the main house of a former farm it is a beautiful villa with freshly painted lovely rooms, a nice breakfastroom, a grand garden AND a fantastic view over the Marais swamps. Combined with the warm welcome by Mme Corine and her good coffee Maison du Mont is most certainly a place I want to come back to, to stay a few more nights, to go on trips into the villages and nature of Normandy. Also perfect for a one night stop on your drive to the South of France. Plenty of room to park your caravan and car on the private property.

Unexpected. And Wonderful. This is a very unique place to stay. The hotel itself is in a building from the 1500’s and is part of an estate that the owner has been meticulously refurbishing. He and his wife are both very interesting people. They also have a wonderful Burnese Mountain dog. The building/hotel owner is an admitted enthusiast of WWII history. During war the building served as the headquarters for a German general and, after D-Day, for General James Lawton Collins. Part of the building now houses a very unique military museum (https://www.tripadvisor.ie/Attraction_Review-g608795-d25576850-Reviews-D_DAY_Collins_Museum-Sainte_Mere_Eglise_Manche_Basse_Normandie_Normandy.html). The bedrooms have all been recently decorated and are beautiful. Each room is named after a WWII general (Eisenhower, Bradley, Collins, etc.) Breakfast was terrific.

Very nice and cozy accomodation in an old farm building. Excellent and quiet location near Utah Beach and D-Day Experience. Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly and nice host who made sure that we are comfortable. Very good country breakfast.

It was an amazing experience to stay at Domaine Airborne - even it was just one night. It's a place with a lot of historical stuff, very friendly owners, a special old-designed but modern room and a great breakfast. Thanks for bringing us back 80 years ago!

The hotel is in a good location in the centre of town with only a short walk to local restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They are very well set up for cyclists with a lockable garage close by. The room is a bit basic and the bathroom a bit dated but there was plenty of hot water, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Although basic it was good value for the money.

If you're looking for a comfortable apartment in a beautiful town in Normandy, then you're in the right place. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. It's a great starting point for visiting various historical museums, which truly impressed us. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped. I definitely recommend it! Thank you to the hosts

The staff were absolutely lovely. They were chatty and very efficient, they couldn't do enough for us to be honest. The room had all the basics an even though the hotel is on one of the main roads into Carentan it was quiet even with the window open.
