The location is superb, dinner was great, we had a table with a beautiful view, our bedroom was smallish but super quaint & we had a fabulous view and cross breeze from opposing windows. Breakfast was OK especially being able to provide me with GF bread. It would have been nice to have meat/cheese as well as yogurt (which we did have) & some cereals. The parking close by was fantastic. The staff were all super helpful & we would happily stay again.

We enjoyed our staying in this beautiful chateau, which belonged to Marquis de Sade and as a welcome gift, we received a double upgrade for the room. Parking on site is a big plus. Staff were super helpful and polite when asking for options to eat or directions to a supermarket( easy to get there by walking). Beds were comfortable and room size was great. We enjoyed the view from our room ( he stayed in a junior suite).

We stayed at this charming, locally run villa hotel for 2 nights and had really nice experience. It’s run by a lovely couple who clearly put care into every detail. The place is tucked away among vineyards, is decorated in a unique personal style that reflects the character of the hosts, definitely not your cookiecutter hotel decor. Outside, the property is surrounded by many plants. With only a few rooms, the villa stays quiet and restful. Our room was very wpacious, with an open plan ensuite of both a bath and shower. The toilet was located just outside the room in the hallway, but it was for our private use. Slightly inconvenient but not a big deal. We had dinner on our first night; a generous 3-course, home cooked meal that was both delicious and great value. Breakfast was lovely, especially the homemade yoghurt and jams. It felt personal and thoughtful. There’s a small pool and private parking. Access by car is easy. The hosts are friendly, can converse in several languages and made us feel very welcome in their home. Say hi to Mao.
