Very spacious and comfortable gîte in the grounds of an old château, near the pretty village of Bavent. Wonderful location, with all the facilities of seaside towns like Cabourg and Ouistreham an easy drive away. Very good base for visiting World War II historical sites. Our host Raoul was very charming and friendly. The accommodation was very suitable for the wheelchair user in our family, with ramps, roll-in showers and plenty of space to manoeuvre.

Beautiful room and polite welcoming staff. Perfect stay for before or after getting the ferry, less than 10 minutes from the port and very close to an aldi and mcdonald’s. Our ferry was delayed so we were late for check in but this was no problem and the staff waited for us (we contacted them to let them know). 10/10 recommend and would stay again.
