It was a great experience of such welcoming hosts with homemade food and exceptional attitude to the client. Cleaniness and 4* comfortable beds, supplements (water, coffee, tea) in the apartament. Calmness in the surroundings with the sound of the church bells in the distance. It was magical for us after Paris rush :)

Incredibly wonderful hosts: always helpful and nice, they are ready to answer your questions regarding possible points of interest (sightseeing, local markets etc.) and to give you advice. Additionally, the hosts always help you if you encounter any problems (we had a problem with our car key battery - instantly solved by them) Food: Breakfast consists of a variety of tasty local products. Delicious dinners are available and are freshly made with lots of love (please remember to book dinners in advance/ ask them regarding availability). Cleanliness: room is always clean and equipped with necessities. Location: we came here trying to escape our stressful day-to-day life and managed to find peace and quiet here to relax. What a joy it was to sit outside with a cup of tea and to hear NOTHING. It was delightful. We are very happy that we found this gem in Ger and grateful to the amazing hosts which made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We hope to come back here again soon.

Lovely French countryside house. It was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable as well. There's complimentary tea or cocoa if you want and even some board games if you get bored. I particularly need to mention the breakfast because it was the best breakfast we had during our week in Normandy. Fresh bread and croissants, boiled eggs, jam and fruit,... We loved our overnight stay, and if you're passing through, definitely stop here for the night.

We stayed 5 nights and we wished we stayed longer in this cosy and beautiful guest house. The location is perfect to explore Mont Saint Michel and Saint-Malo. We loved the hospitality of Celeste and Patrick who made sure we didn’t miss anything and we felt like at home. The abundant breakfast and dinner personally prepared by Celeste could satisfy every taste (with particular attention to the kids). It was nice to cool off in the pool after a long day of discovering the region and to chat at dinner with the hosts and the other guests. We absolutely recommend la Gerbaudiere Chambres d’hôtes to everyone who is looking for hospitality, comfort and conviviality.

The Gîte itself is just so beautiful and rustic, exactly as per the photos and so cosy and warm, the pellet burner was just perfect for this time of year (December). The owners were the friendliest and most helpful people you could ask for. We had travel issues (delays on the Euro Tunnel) and then problems with our car (puncture), which caused us long delays, however, we kept them informed and they were so understanding and very helpful, we could not have asked for more.

The lovely garden, the swing hanging from the tree overlooking neighbouring fields, the gazebo with its comfy chairs, the private area also just for us… the massive bed which was also so comfy!! The owners were so charming and friendly. Enjoyed very much our last night and our extended apéritif….;))

A wonderful space. Full of art and beautiful books. Very friendly and interested hosts. They prepared maps and an itinerary for us. The breakfasts were amazingly good. A peaceful village surrounded by rich meadow and orchards with a tradition of making perry. Hosts can put you in touch with producers. Plenty of touring to be done.

Patrick gave us a lovely welcome. We stayed in the converted barn with the veranda. It has the most amazing view from the huge windows that you can see from the bed. It has air conditioning which was very welcome at night. Such a beautiful room, perfect decor and very clean. The shower was lovely. I really can't recommend this place enough. We arrived on bike and put them on the porch outside the room, but there is also a barn you can put them in.
