The staff were very friendly and supportive. They allowed early check-in. The room and hotel were properly clean. Proper place for car parking. Easily connected to the main attractions. I came on holiday to Paris for Fashion Week and had such a stressful time! The designer was awful and I was left without a place to stay! I was stressed out and I thankfully managed to book in with Novotel! Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady on the till but she was working on the evening on the 8th of March! She was so polite and kind! After a rough day she decided to upgrade my room to the most beautiful room and view I've ever seen! She made me so happy I could've honestly cried ❤️ thank you so so much! The hotel is beautiful and when I come back to Paris i will 100% be staying there!

The apartment is clean, well equipped and convenient for Metro Line 3, a large supermarket and local bistros. There is also a scattering of take away vans near the station that look well used by the locals. One in particular - based around a London bus - appears to have a large screen where many gather to watch football (soccer). We used this as a base for exploring Paris, rather than visiting Bagnolet, but could see plenty of places in the area where we would have liked to spend time had we not been trying to cram so much of central Paris into our stay. Père Lachaise cemetery is only 3 stops away, for those who would like to pay their respects to the likes of Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde and Edith Piav. Metro Line 3 offers a convenient gateway to Paris, as well as an easy route to Gare du Nord and the Eurostar, or train link to CDG. Gare du Nord has a luggage drop facility that allows you to leave your bags to let you squeeze every last moment of your final hours in this amazing city, unencumbered by luggage.

It's a great option for budget travellers with easy access...

It's a great option for budget travellers with easy access to public transport including metro and bus. The surrounding area is a bit rough around the edges, but there is a mall across the street which is very convenient for picking up necessities and snacks. The restaurant in the building has lots of options and is not too pricey.

It is easy to get around Bagnolet - public transport works...

It is easy to get around Bagnolet - public transport works very well, but it is also easy to walk to other places. We spent days exploring Paris but had breakfast in the nearest bakeries that served good coffee, delicious baguettes and pastries. We also tried the local Chinese bar in the mall, and the food was good. Another convenience is Auchan next to the hotel, Lidl within walking distance, and many small local stores and restaurants. The neighbourhood is not beautiful but safe and relatively quite.

Having stayed often in 'budget' hotels I can say this is one of the better ones. The staff in particular were especially friendly, efficient and helpful to tourists. The room was fine, although a little small, and the facilities functional and clean. Breakfast was tasty and filling and the dining area kept well clean. The hotel location is ideal for a couple traveling by car to visit Paris as parking is available without the need to drive into Paris city centre and the metro station entrance is just a few metres from the hotel. We can certainly recommend the Reseda as a place from which to explore Paris for a long weekend.

The location was excellent for us...just outside the last...

The location was excellent for us...just outside the last arrondissement but with a metro connection across the street and an Auchan grocery store within 1 block. The price was less than 1/2 what we would have paid nearer tourist attractions. Getting there was super easy: bus # 351 from CDG Airport was a direct link, had room for our luggage and cost only 2.5 euros when we purchased tickets from the driver.

We had a few nights at the hotel while exploring Paris. It was fairly close to the Metro and easy to get into the city. A good budget alternative for your Paris vacation. All clean and tidy, but nothing extra. You get what you pay for!

I liked the cleanliness of the property, although some dishes weren't completly cleaned but it's ok because i washed them again. There are many stuff to feel comfortable. I enjoyed the bed and the sofa, but what i liked the most is the TV that allows streaming platforms like Netflix etc. I recommend this area for those who are looking for a simple loft near to Paris !

Easy to reach from the airport (bus 351) and very close to the metro station. Also easy to reach RER A to go to Disneyland. The value for money is okay given that it's in Paris and there are okay food places nearby. Sound insulation is pretty good, no sounds are coming in from the nearby highway. Overall it seems like a fairly modern place.

Price- one of the cheapest in Paris (a reflection of the undesirable neighborhood). The bed was comfortable and have a sink inside the room. There are a number of shower cubicles on each floor and have space to hang your dry stuff. Reasonable distance from the metro.
