Located in the heart of Metz and as the name suggests, close to the cathedral. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast room was just the right size and the buffet had everything one would need. The room was reasonably sized with excellent facilities. The bed extremely comfortable and the room warm.

Excellent location. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Powerful shower and lovely (Nuxe) toiletries. The mini bar was replenished daily (still & sparkling water, coke cans and tonic cans). Staff were very attentive and considerate. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Just the possibility of having the accessories in the shower room when we arrived at 9 PM. There was no one to give us the missing items in the rooms - no kettle in the room, no cups, no hairdryer, nothing to be properly comfortable. I urgently need to suggest these things to them; it's important.

Severely outdated. No bar. Only soft drinks from the vending machine. Breakfast is truly subpar. All in all, a real budget hotel. Located in an industrial estate near a main road. The photos give a distorted impression. The walls and ceilings of the rooms are all painted dark.

You can't eat at the hotel.

You can't eat at the hotel. Reception referred us to De Patatterie, a good restaurant near the shops. See the review of our stay at the hotel for a more detailed review. We didn't visit Augny either.

The place was unfamiliar to me, and I couldn't find my hotel...

The place was unfamiliar to me, and I couldn't find my hotel immediately. Besides, I expected to find the bare minimum in the room to make coffee, herbal tea, or regular tea, like in the other Ibis hotels I've booked during my previous stays in Metz.

Very clean, not noisy, and our two rooms could be connected...

Very clean, not noisy, and our two rooms could be connected by a door. There's an outdoor patio at the hotel with a ping-pong table. Free parking, which is secured by a gate. A great place to stay for an overnight stay on the road.

The hotel near Metz was perfect for an overnight stay while traveling. It was great that there were several eateries nearby that were open late, and there was a nice bakery for breakfast the next morning or to pick up takeaway sandwiches. It's also right on the highway, so you don't have to go into town first.

We spent one night as a family of five and our stay was ok. The adjoining family rooms are really good although the rooms are quite small. No extra pillows provided but otherwise beds were fairly comfortable. One of the showers leaked and a toilet seat was broken on arrival but for a budget hotel chain we didn’t expect everything to be exceptional. The rooms were clean and they have air conditioning. Breakfast ok but very little choice - no meats or much fresh fruit. Hotel was conveniently situated near the motorway.

Fantastic location, a really warm welcome and secure (free) parking. All staff throughout stay were lovely. When staying in cheaper hotels in France, I often find the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, but this place was absolutely spotless, very impressed. Bedlinen provided was very soft, as was the duvet, but sadly let down with an uncomfortable bed.

Unfortunately, there is nothing to like about this hotel. Rooms are not standard, and in the toilet, you can't sit.And Air conditioner is not working, so the rooms are too hot.
