The hotel, located close to the downtown area, is less than a 10-min walk from the city centre, the cathedral and the Tarn river. It has its own, free parking; there's also a lounge and outdoor terrace, and at the reception you can order simple dishes. Room is relatively spacious, with tea and coffee facilities (electric kettle), wifi, a desk, two chairs, good lighting and a silent air conditioning. Our room on the parking side was quiet. Convenient location, close to exit road east to the D999. Good value for money. This was our second stay here, we would be happy to return on occasion.

Proprietor did not provide key until 2330. He did not answer my call at 1930, and did not call back. I had not heard back from him by 2000. It was getting dark so I rented another room. He sent a text at 2130, after nightfall and after I had rented another room. I called again at 2300 and was told that there was a key in a lockbox. I returned to the location and followed his instruction but there was no key in the keybox.
He was good, though, at taking my money.

We stayed here to attend the Pause Guitarre Festival and we were really surprised on how beautiful is Albi. Honestly, I did not expect anything like what we saw in the last 3 days. The centre is lovely and full of independent shops, and restaurants and cafes'.

Albi is a photographer's dream. Photo ops at every corner. The evening light on the old city from the other side of the Tarn is amazing. The Cathedrale of Ste. Cecile is stunning. The Toulouse-Lautrec museum is quite large & takes several hours to appreciate.

Albi is a fascinating town with a great history. The covered market is outstanding, with fabulous shops and places of interest to visit. There are a number of small villages nearby which are interesting as well as the Toulouse-La Trec exhibition. The church is really interesting inside and worth a visit. Excellent restaurants.

What a wonderful and beautiful city.
What a wonderful and beautiful city. Not only wonderful places to visit with fascinating history but just a wonderful environment to walk around. Some beautiful places along the river. Well worth a visit
The staff/owners were really nice. The room, although a bit old fashioned was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and even though we were above a busy square, the noise was kept out by double glazing.
Breakfast was simple and typical for the hotels where we stayed during this touring holiday.
The garden and pool area were lovely. Well kept and clean. A real little oasis in the middle of the town.
The nearby parking was secure and not hideously expensive (14€ for just under two whole days - around 46 hours).
La Maison de Julia provided a quiet getaway during a hectic sightseeing trip. It was so nice to take a break for a couple of days to just enjoy some poolside reading.
Best of all was the proprietor Pascale who helped us get to the hotel from the train station and mapped out the must-dos in Albi. She’s also a fantastic cook! Her homemade breakfast was by far the best we had on this trip.
This is a charming and spacious apartment right in the heart of the old town. Massive windows open to a spectacular view of the cathedral. I feel so lucky to have found and experienced this place. The apartment is unique and beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever want or need. Marie Josie is wonderful and I very highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Albi.
Exceptional home run by the owner who grew up in this home.
Beautifully decorated and with huge spaces. Could not fault anything. Breakfast was delicious with other guests and owner was warm welcoming! Booked dinner for us in fantastic restaurant. Central position in beautiful Albi. Would have loved to stay longer!
We loved Albi- great town. The location of the apartment was terrific and accessible from an internal courier that was beautiful. The host left some water and some beverages for us as well as some petit Madeleine which was very nice. It was a lovely apartment with lots of character!
LaTour is a gem ...the mistress of the house is so charming and helpful.
The location is the best for the old city sites and is just steps away from the cathedral and the cuty center.
If you are traveling to Albi your stay at the
La Tour Sainte-Cecile will be a delight.
The location is perfect in the centre of Albi and the appartment is very nice and well decorated. It has everything you need to have a nice stay and is next to the market of Albi so you can buy food. Communication with Anthony was very fluent. He is very kind.
The couple who run this hotel are amazing! They work from 7am to 9pm. Always with a smile and efforts to make your stay as great as possible. I love that they have comfy communal spaces both indoors and out. We loved that this is not a cookie cutter place .
Reception was friendly and efficient. While I had chosen an attic room, it was quite adequate for a six footer. The standard of the fittings was exceptional.
Breakfast was the most European I can ever remember having in France. It was a tour de force.
The breakfast was poor. It was actually worse in comparisson with the previous Ibis we stayed in Toulouse. But the people at the reception were superb! Especially Michael and Jack were speaking great English, and they were super helpful and friendly!
We had a very nice breakfast on the balcony overlooking the cathedral. The room was was perfectly located for what we wanted which was to visit the cathedral and the Berbie palace/Toulouse-Latrec museum. We were surprised by how lovely Albi was.
The gentleman at reception is very polite , friendly and helpful. He was kind enough to accommodate our last minute changes in plan ,as weather in Albi made us to alter our check out timing.Location of hotel makes everything so approachable.
The layout of the hotel is great, with rooms looking over a central courtyard meaning there is no street noise. Secure parking right in the city centre is a real bonus.
The view from our corner room was just fantastic, probably the best in Albi. Their parking lot was in front of the hotel and even had a bit of shadowy spot.
It was convenient location just across the bridge to medieval Albi. Fell in love with the house and room. Welcome accommodation in France. Great breakfast
