We were warmly welcome by "les 2 Freds", very nice and accomodating people. The location was exactly as described. It´s a nice little house well equipped and organised. In the middle of the nature, isolated and then perfect for people who likes it quiet. We enjoyed the garden, the nice touch of an old farm built with stones. We recommend for anyone wanting to stay away from busy towns and still having a nice apartment completely furnished with kitchen, living room etc. Please note to ask the exact address per message, as it differs slightly from the one on the room description.

This is truly one of the very best price-quality deals of the many accommodations I have visited in France! Comfy, very quiet and clean! A spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are shared with just a few other guests. The garden is a paradise. The lady of the house is super friendly. Only 10 mins by car to the very interesting town Auxerre. Highly recommendable!

A really cute little bungalow with all the amenities that you’d need. Kitchen, bedroom ( in the same room) and bathroom. Had air conditioning, had a tv and an induction hob. Felt like a really smart little unit! Bed was super comfortable. Host was really sweet and you could check in whenever you wanted (after 3) as a code was sent to us for a lock box. Also had a cute garden area to eat or smoke.
