Hotelli Toivola is perfectly located close to forest with hiking/ skiing paths. It takes 25 min to the centrum of Kemi. The room was tidy and spacious, the stuff was very friendly. They stored our bags on new year night, which we spent in Rovaniemi, and put it to our room, which was the same (bigger) room! That was very nice of them. Also they provide many recommendations. The breakfast had many options, and was tasty. There is kitchen and unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the hotel, which is very practical in winter. We also enjoyed the sauna.

Perfect location that we can go to the hotel from the platform directly. Though we have to use shared bathroom, there are 3~4 bathroom to be used. It is really enough. The breakfast is perfect. We have to catch the early train. Even the take away breakfast is really good.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The atmosphere was great, and the wonderful, warm staff gave us a very welcoming reception. Communication was easy, even though I arrived very tired. Breakfast was very good, and the view from the rooftop terrace was simply amazing.
