It's honestly such a cute house and the host has gone above and beyond to make sure every need is met. We could purchase food from the fridge and the cabinets with a trust based system (pleasantly surprised as we didn't bring much with us). You can even grill things outside.

Lovely place, the room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The outdoor toilet was ok but I’d prefer a private bathroom. Nothing to complain about though, would stay again.

It was even better than expected - the kitchen & rooms were very well equipped & beautifully done It was easy to find - exactly as shown on Google maps Very friendly hosts - who have done an amazing job with the development, in keeping with nature The sauna which we used both days was brilliant - shame there is no water yet to swim in but sounds like there is a plan for that in the future

The cabin is modern/stylish and traditional at the same time and really peaceful! We spent five lovely days at the place; the cross country tracks from Koli and Kontiolahti are easily to reach (provided you have a car). The sauna was wonderful in particular in combination with the snow to cool down. Terhi responded instantly to any questions we had and was very assertive. We can absolutely recommend the place.

We spent a few days at Koli Freetime and enjoyed every single moment. The location is so peaceful, the staff was very friendly. The cottage is perfect for a family of four. We also loved the small sauna cottage with access to the lake for ice bathing. The cross country track starts directly at the property. Temperatures were really low (-31 degrees Celsius in the morning) but the cottage was warm and cozy. Big thanks for providing providing country skis for our grandson free of charge. We can absolutely recommend the place if you love the peacefulness of the Finnish nature.

The stay was excellent. I felt like being in an hotel in the USA National Parks... The hotel was new, rooms and especially beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and we had dinner one night and it was good and at a reasonable price. Sauna available for guests (for free). Driving to the national park is only a couple of kilometres. Overall a great experience and we will definitely come back!
