Absolutely beautiful hotel with beautiful views from the room, both day and night. A truly wonderful experience with friendly and helpful staff. The surrounding nature was breathtaking. You can book and go on excursions offered by the hotel.

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great. Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

We had a great stay here during our time in and around Levi this summer. Checkin was flexible, the staff was very friendly, rooms and amenities were great (we were able to do our laundry here as well), the breakfast was delicious. All around a great stay, and highly recommendable.

We spent a lovely short break in Levi and were lucky enough to see the northern lights dancing above the Levi. Even though there was no snow yet, we enjoyed wandering in the moonlight and came across a few reindeer along the way.

I do ski (downhill) but would not ski in Jan/early Feb in...

I do ski (downhill) but would not ski in Jan/early Feb in Levi because of the poor light. However it is a great village to visit and not ski if you like winter walking or other snow based activities. The restaurants are very good and characterful if you choose wisely.

The town was absolutely amazing!

The town was absolutely amazing! Beautiful walking paths, ski tracks, and plenty of snowmobile routes. It was also super close to the ski slopes—everything you could possibly need was right there! Prices for meals, snack were typical for the EU country - you can buy a pizza for 8€ up to 20€, Burgers from 14€ up

Generally its better value to get a half or full board...

Generally its better value to get a half or full board dining when booking the hotel. Otherwise, you can still dine at the resort or take the shuttle bus into Levi to eat there. A hire care would be useful for longer stays to give flexibility especially if you wish to explore the area. The town of Levi is about 15Km from the resort and has supermarkets, Pharmacy, Burger King and Pubs with bar food available along with the ski centres, Day Spas and other facilities.

Great place for winter outdoor activities.

Great place for winter outdoor activities. The ski resort is very good for beginners and intermediate skiers. The snow condition is superb and slopes are well-groomed and not too busy. It might not be a ideal location for snowboarders because there are a few flat bits and the T-bar lifts are long and steep. Around Levi are also lots of good trails for cross country-skiing for all levels. I learned cross-country skiing here on my own and had great fun. The views both during skiing and cross country-skiing are amazing. Ski rental is convenient and reasonably priced. There are quite a few restaurants of various types of food (also a Burger King and a Subway). The K-Market, despite of being small, has everything you need, so cooking is also an option. Tip: if you are also not interested in paying hundred euro to do a reindeer ride but want to see the reindeers, you can see them for free in the backyard of K5 hotel located about 400m from the center.

Levi is a beautiful ski resort easy to get around on foot with excellent facilities loads of restaurants a spa with fantastic pools etc. Little bit pricey in comparison to English items especially food and drink.

I’ve stayed at Arctic Nook four times and will definitely return. This place is absolutely perfect. The design is luxurious, with stylish, high quality furniture that gives the space a modern yet cosy feel. The private sauna and hot tub are outstanding the ideal way to unwind after a day. The location is excellent, offering easy access to the ski lifts, walking distance. The host is friendly and professional, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium stay in Levi!

We recently stayed here for 5 nights as part of a 7 night holiday in Finland. We have stayed previously but through Inghams Ski and a direct booking. The studios are warm and cosy and conveniently located for the frozen lake/snowmobile hire/slopes/supermarket and restaurants. We were very lucky to see the Aurora Borealis about 3 times this trip as the sky was so clear.

There were lot of option on breakfast for you to select. Rooms are very space and bathrooms are very space and clean. You will have Free laundry room where you can use. Location is great because it's half way of mountant. We saw aurora while just walking outside of the hotel

Perfect location, the place was so nicely laid out and had everything you need. The owner lives downstairs in the basement and made sure I was comfortable and gave recommendations on things to do and see. Will stay here again when I come back to Levi.
