Everything was perfect, the cabins at the ranch were well equipped with perfect heating systems even at -15 temperatures. We loved the decor fit & finish and the beds are very comfortable too. The main highlight has to be the glass roof ceiling & top to bottom glass windows. It’s a perfect spot to watch the northern lights or stars while tucked under your bed. The staff are friendly the outdoor heated jacuzzi is just perfect, we couldn’t get enough it ! We used it every single day during our 3 nights stay. Highly recommend to get inside at night ! Food is fantastic with top notch presentation and quality. Breakfast buffet is served daily as well.

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great. Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

Great hotel in the center of Levi. We got room upgrade for free. Room was new, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Spa was not included in room rate but the hotel offer very good price if you are leaving here. Spa also was very good. Would stay in this hotel again.

All the different slope points (South Point, West Point, Zero Point, etc) are close enough to each other to do more than one each day. Zero Point has lots of excellent restaurants and shops. Shops in other nearby areas close quite early, also gas stations.

We spent a lovely short break in Levi and were lucky enough to see the northern lights dancing above the Levi. Even though there was no snow yet, we enjoyed wandering in the moonlight and came across a few reindeer along the way.

I do ski (downhill) but would not ski in Jan/early Feb in Levi because of the poor light. However it is a great village to visit and not ski if you like winter walking or other snow based activities. The restaurants are very good and characterful if you choose wisely.

The town was absolutely amazing!

The town was absolutely amazing! Beautiful walking paths, ski tracks, and plenty of snowmobile routes. It was also super close to the ski slopes—everything you could possibly need was right there! Prices for meals, snack were typical for the EU country - you can buy a pizza for 8€ up to 20€, Burgers from 14€ up

Generally its better value to get a half or full board...

Generally its better value to get a half or full board dining when booking the hotel. Otherwise, you can still dine at the resort or take the shuttle bus into Levi to eat there. A hire care would be useful for longer stays to give flexibility especially if you wish to explore the area. The town of Levi is about 15Km from the resort and has supermarkets, Pharmacy, Burger King and Pubs with bar food available along with the ski centres, Day Spas and other facilities.

Great place for winter outdoor activities.

Great place for winter outdoor activities. The ski resort is very good for beginners and intermediate skiers. The snow condition is superb and slopes are well-groomed and not too busy. It might not be a ideal location for snowboarders because there are a few flat bits and the T-bar lifts are long and steep. Around Levi are also lots of good trails for cross country-skiing for all levels. I learned cross-country skiing here on my own and had great fun. The views both during skiing and cross country-skiing are amazing. Ski rental is convenient and reasonably priced. There are quite a few restaurants of various types of food (also a Burger King and a Subway). The K-Market, despite of being small, has everything you need, so cooking is also an option. Tip: if you are also not interested in paying hundred euro to do a reindeer ride but want to see the reindeers, you can see them for free in the backyard of K5 hotel located about 400m from the center.

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great. Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

Everything was incredibly clean an organized, wished i could have stayed more and enjoyed the sauna in the bathroom! My room had a beautiful view to the Levi ski station. Absolutely charming and beautiful! Street name is hard to pronounce, but everytime I called for a taxi they were super nice to me, super pacient and willing to help. Finland is super safe, so the keys were in a envelope hanging in the door handle. Easy access!

Location perfect and quiet. Very convenient to make a round trip to for example Katkatunturi (15km). Breakfast is amazing and very fulfilling. We stayed in the apartments of Lapland hotels and it was very spacious. Beds and pillows very comfy. Bus stop to the airport round the corner.

We visited in December and the location was perfect with a great snowy (10 minute walk) to the Levi centre. The cabin was warm, clean and had good facilities. My husband and I used the second bedroom to store our luggage.

The apartment is very near to Levi center, so everything is in a walking distance. The checkin went smoothly and the host was always quick to respond to my messages. The place is small but it’s fine for one person.
