I stayed at this new hotel in Addis during a recent work trip, and it far exceeded my expectations. I originally chose it based on just one previous review, and I’m so glad I did. Every word of praise was absolutely true. The owner of the hotel is a true gentleman who personally ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. He even arranged a free airport pick-up and drop-pff (though I didn’t need the drop-off as a friend collected me) and allowed a late check-out at no extra charge. Small gestures that made a big difference. The entire team, from the reception staff to the waiters and housekeeping, were exceptionally kind and professional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. The hotel itself is spotless, the wi-fi is strong, and the food is delicious. The rooftop seating area offers a beautiful view of the city. What truly amazed me was the value for money. For such excellent service, comfort, and hospitality, the price is unbelievably reasonable. You get far more than you pay for here. I strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Addis Ababa.

hotel staff very polite and friendly especially Eyerusalem has been amazing and helpful, I would recommend anyone to experience this new hotel and make sure to use steam and sauna, very relaxing I recommend, definitely will be back!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist specially Mrs HANNA and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
