We recently stayed at the ELGEL hotel and were incredibly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly and ensured that our room was always clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly and attentive staff.

Great option near the airport. Rooms are clean. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The manager (who speaks english fluently) in particular provided great service by assisting us in getting around. Free efficient airport pickup and drop off. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel in Addis! Our apartment was lovely and spacious, super clean and the finishes are all very good quality. Great shower and bathroom. They really thought about everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant serves a good food and offers a good variety of food and drinks. Lovely coffee too! The 9th floor terrace is beautifully furnished and perfect for a drink or dinner and view over Bole. The staff are all exceptionally professional, efficient and friendly. Great service, thank you to you all! Would definitly stay here again.

The staff were excellent, collecting me from the airport and even allowing me to access a room when I arrived, much earlier than check in. My room was spacious and clean the restaurant and bar was excellent and the location easy to get to other places.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to stay here during my visit and would highly recommend this neighbourhood to others.
