The staff were excellent! The reception and the room was super cool. Great location as well. I would definitely go back there or recommend to anyone going to Ethiopia. I love the food too! Conveniently located and the staff are super friendly and helpful. One staff member went with me to Ethiotel to buy a sim card and waited until I had completed the purchase. On the day of my flight out, breakfast was not yet being served but the young man went downstairs to get us coffees.

Human size hotel with nice and reactive staff. My room was big and clean. I also had a kitchen. The free on demand airport shuttle was very convenient and fast . The hotel is both downtown and conveniently located close to the airport. Buffet breakfast was varied but could be more tasty.

Excellent hotel, large room and very comfortable bed, everything is new and very clean, excellent services and restaurant with high quality international and local cuisine. Very good value for money, I absolutely recommend it. Good location, no too faraway from the airport (the hotel provides shuttle service from/to airport). If I will go back to Addis, I will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is well-led with friendly staff, great service and modern interior design. We arrived in the middle of the night, but airport pick up and check in at 4 a.m. were no problem. The rooms are well-designed with comfortable beds and big showers. Breakfast offers a wide range of food which was good as well. Gym and sauna at the top floor were a nice amenity, the view is great! Overall a really pleasant experience.
