I stayed at this new hotel in Addis during a recent work trip, and it far exceeded my expectations. I originally chose it based on just one previous review, and I’m so glad I did. Every word of praise was absolutely true. The owner of the hotel is a true gentleman who personally ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. He even arranged a free airport pick-up and drop-pff (though I didn’t need the drop-off as a friend collected me) and allowed a late check-out at no extra charge. Small gestures that made a big difference. The entire team, from the reception staff to the waiters and housekeeping, were exceptionally kind and professional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. The hotel itself is spotless, the wi-fi is strong, and the food is delicious. The rooftop seating area offers a beautiful view of the city. What truly amazed me was the value for money. For such excellent service, comfort, and hospitality, the price is unbelievably reasonable. You get far more than you pay for here. I strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Addis Ababa.

The place is located very close to the airport. It is also close to various malls and activities. The staff are very very welcoming. I was upgraded from my room to a better room at no cost. This was a great initiative. The place is squeaky clean. The bed is so comfortable. It is accessible by drivers and it is more classy than many hotels around it. The breakfast is excellent with many options to eat from especially if you are not used to spicy Ethiopian food. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff were excellent! The reception and the room was super cool. Great location as well. I would definitely go back there or recommend to anyone going to Ethiopia. I love the food too! Human size hotel with nice and reactive staff. My room was big and clean. I also had a kitchen. The free on demand airport shuttle was very convenient and fast . The hotel is both downtown and conveniently located close to the airport. Buffet breakfast was varied but could be more tasty.
