I was here in 2020 in full Covid-19 period, and I’ll always remember the staff’s professionalism and friendliness in very uncommon and difficult circumstances at that time. So I came back and I was again very pleased by the staff’s warm welcome, the underground parking space, the big and comfy room and the top restaurant. I’ll be back soon!

I wasn’t particularly thrilled with our stay. We arrived, were greeted with faultless service, and were in our room resting within minutes. A little chaos or a delayed check-in would have added some much-needed excitement. The room was spotless and disturbingly quiet. I prefer a bit of noise - doors slamming, muffled conversations, maybe even the occasional argument next door. It helps me relax. Instead, I was trapped in a bubble of oppressive calm. Breakfast was served with a stunning view of the Guggenheim Museum, which was entirely too distracting. Naturally, this made it impossible to fully focus on the excellent food. The location was also far too convenient, with everything just a short walk away. I usually enjoy the challenge of navigating public transport, but here, even that simple pleasure was denied. And, to make it worse, my wife loved it. Now I have to live up to this standard every time we travel.

My particular room was great, I think I had a jr suite. Also and PLEASE note this: I thought I had left my passport at the hotel and came back form airport to find it. One of your staff who was at the front desk, I think his name was Brian (but it may have been Ryan) could not have been even one drop better at helping me find it. He searched the room with me and even called the place I had stayed in San Sebastian to see if I left it there. He should be rewarded as he couldn't have been more fabulous and calming.

The apartment is fully equipped and feels like home. The view is also appealing and the planes landing at the nearby airport are almost not to be heard. The location is within walking distance to at least two supermarkets and the train station in Zamudio. The owner was helpful, communicative and the handover of the keys quick and easy.

This is a good business hotel set on the edge of a technology park and bordered by fields and a river walk. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern with very comfortable beds. Short walk (or drive) down to Zamudia where train can be boarded for the short journey to Bilbao. In short, a good place to stay if looking to be outside the town.

Excellent agriturismo, nice rooms and overall very cozy. Feels very rural even though located in industrial Zamudio. Located on the Camino. Good for last stop before Bilbao, only 9km from here (also good access by train). Breakfast was very good.
