A very warm welcome from Joaquin (who speaks fluent English for those who like me are very new to learning Spanish!). The village setting is peaceful and very beautiful. The setting is stunning overall with walking and activities in the local area. There is a well maintained garden area for guests to use, too. The beds were comfortable and our room had a lovely view over the garden and onto the village. I’ve recommended to family and would certainly stay again.

Genuinely warm welcome. Arrived just in time for a lovely lunch with local traditional ingredients. Staff could not have been nicer. Great room: no frills but all one needs to be comfortable. Peace. Quiet. Impressive natural surroundings. Contemplative and truly spiritual sanctuary. Enjoyed our attempts at the Valvanera Walking Trail in spite of weather and rain cutting it short on two occasions. Would definitely stay longer another time.

I was immediately made to feel welcome and at home. I've never stayed at a place through booking.com where the people have provided such hospitality. They really went above and beyond to what I was expecting. Also let me store my motorbike in their garage! I would highly recommend staying here.

What a charming and enchanting place this is. Firstly the trip up and over the mountain was spectacular then to find this gem nestled between mountains was amazing. Our host couldn’t do enough for us they were friendly and helpful and our home cooked dinner was delicious. Our room was warm and inviting and the bed was so comfortable and to open our door to the views of the countryside and mountains, birdsong and cowbells was utterly wonderful. I wish I had booked longer. However we were still treated to more amazing views when we left, so much so it moved me to tears it was so special. Loved everything about this place. We will be back.
