It was just great, lovely old building, very well appointed and charmingly helpful staff. Often used as a wedding venue but we were there midweek, so it was quiet. Room was fab, lovely countryside view, spacious. We had dinner, which was just excellent, the biggest melt-in-your-mouth steak you can imagine, top quality nosh. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Great location, 5 minutes walk into the town. Really nice room with unusual furniture and underfloor heating. Bar and restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast. Parking on site, I was able to park my motorcycle in the in the garage.

Perfect location next to the motorway. Having a private garage next to the room was very useful and practical. The bed was very large and bathroom clean and spacious.

From check in to check out, this hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly, outgoing and helpful throughout our stay, the breakfast was exceptional, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coming back to the room each day was something we looked forward to. Overall I would definitely recommend Hotel El Coloquio if you are staying in Valladolid.
