Excellent location, close to the seafront with several cafes and shops nearby. A spacious one bedroom apartment with washing machine and drier. Communication with the host was very easy. Meeting for access exactly as arranged and in every respect friendly and helpful. A pleasure to stay in this apartment.

Lovely apartment in the center of Santa Cruz. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the needes appliances: kettle, toaster and more. It included a pass to use the public parking lot. Check-in was very easy. Wifi worked perfectly. Building has an elevator.

Everything was perfect. We particularly valued the location. Walking distance to the centre of the Island's capital with many nice restaurants (we recommend the Casino), and around the corner from a safe free parking spot. So perfect for visiting the island during the day, and not having to drive in the evenings.

This place is just probably the most amazing place I have ever stayed in my life! historic building, you feel like in a museum. I would recommend such experience for everyone! Host was just fantastic, I left my watch, he shipped it back to my country. Overall the best experience ever! A lot of room, roof access, central location, amenities - kitchen, washing machine, everything. But the most is like you live in a museum. Just amazing!

It is a very pretty town, very easy to stroll through and...

It is a very pretty town, very easy to stroll through and because of its size, you wont get lost. I love the way the old architecture has been preserved and modern stores incorporated into the old buildings maintaining the quaintness. Very good restaurants, se come bien aquí.

Probably my favourite canary island capital. The old town is beautiful, full of characterful buildings and interest. Lovely black sand beach and good bus service to other parts of the island - we bussed to Los Canarios and Fuencaliente (for the walk over the volcanoes to the salinas and some wine tasting), Los Llanos (recommend Parque Antonio Felipe Gomez), and Los Tilos/Los Sauces (and the lovely airport). The ruta de los molinos in the city is fun too.

My sister and I made this trip to visit the birthplace of our abuelo. We found the city charming with many good restaurants and shopping choices. I loved sitting at the Plaza de la Alameda to people watch amid the lovely palms and flowers. The black sand beach was stunning. We took took a tour to the Cumbre Vieja volcanic site with a side stop of The Virgin of the Snow church. A hidden gem! Our family name is based on goat - be prepared for some steep slopes but lots to see along the climbs.

We had previously visited La Palma in 2020 but stayed on...

We had previously visited La Palma in 2020 but stayed on the west side in Los Lllanos. Principally a walking holiday. Santa Cruz gave us access to different walks using different bus services - we do not use hire cars. Santa Cruz is a lovely town with plentiful supply of bars, restaurants and shops. Very busy when a cruise ship is berthed though. Good town beach.

Compact city, all on walking distance - though the further you get away from the seafront, the steeper it gets:) Public parking is a bit cumbersume, but there is an underground parking for reasonable prices (eur 10,50 / 24 hr).

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The apartment had a great kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is dated but very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel sits on the edge of the city (but the city is tiny). We thought this was great because it was really quiet. Roof terrace with sun loungers overlooking the sea and port. Breakfast was enjoyable. Good selection and included in the price. All in all, this hotel was excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to return. *****

Nice accomodation with balcony view on ocean and fresh wind. All clean and nice, good breakfast. You can also get refreshments out of a cooler in the hotel. Location is also great, close to old center but quite area.
