I want to share a review of this hotel. My husband and I were planning a vacation for my birthday. We took the choice of where to stay seriously, to be honest, I have never spent so long choosing, it is simply impossible to find a good hotel in Barcelona, because even 4-5 star hotels have a lot of terrible reviews (about dirt, bedbugs, robberies right in the room, terrible repairs). My husband and I chose for 5 days🫣 and finally found Casa Pince, which had a good rating and reviews, which won us over and we trusted them (and we were not mistaken). We arrived late, at the reception we were met by a security guard who really spoke poor English, but we understood each other. We left a deposit of 100 € and went to the room. Now about the room. It is clean (which is rare in Barcelona), new, everything has just been renovated, not big, but cozy, with balconies and two exits to it. The room had everything you need (slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, coffee and tea, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, safe, everything you need for a shower, sweets) and all this is free. Other goodies and a bar for an additional fee. The important thing is that we stayed here for 2 nights and after the first night our room was cleaned. This is great because I have read in many places that people's rooms were not cleaned even for 7 days. Also, thank you very much for the pleasant surprise from the hotel on my birthday, that you did not forget and congratulated me with a cake and a card🫶🏼🤍 The hotel is in a good location, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. I have never regretted choosing this hotel, and next time I fly to Barcelona, I will stay with you. Without even thinking about any other hotel. I really appreciated the fact that this is a fresh and beautiful hotel with thoughtful details for customers. And on the ground floor there is a restaurant (I can't say anything about it, because we did not go there, but everything looked beautiful).

This hotel was one of the highlights of my European adventure! It is beautifully designed with a fresh, modern aesthetic. My room was large and spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom featured great products and a flat iron (the ladies will understand!). It’s walking distance from attractions as well luxury shopping and great restaurants. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Plaça de Catalunya, where the airport express buses stop, and just 50 meters from a metro station. It’s situated on Las Ramblas, near both the chic shopping avenue Passeig de Gràcia and the charming Gothic Quarter. We were warmly welcomed at reception with a glass of Cava, and check-in was smooth. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room overlooked Las Ramblas, which we highly recommend (with the windows closed, there was no noise at all). Though the room was a bit small, it was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. Breakfast was extensive, featuring high-quality ingredients.

It was probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was fabulous, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good, with great quality food. The rooftop is top-notch. We were also surprised with a bottle of champagne and a cake for my partner's birthday, which was a very pleasant surprise. The location is very central but not too loud.

Santa Coloma is blessed with many bars and restaurants. There is a 1 star Michelin tapas restaurant just 200 metres-ish from the hotel, but booking is necessary! There are many other tapas establishments but would heartily recommend "Tapas & Mas" for the attentive staff and excellent food that came in quite large portions. Hardly any English spoken by the staff but we managed quite well.

The trains were HOT & very crowded.

The trains were HOT & very crowded. Mass transit needs to be Visual so Any language can easily see where they are and need to go! Had to fend off a guy in a wheel chair playing “Oh Susana” with an Accordion two days in a row! Which didn’t make a 14 stop train ride any easier…oh Brother! Where’s the transit police for this nonsense?!

The hotel was very clean (clean room every day) and well maintained. Room size was decent. I asked hotel reception for a taxi, and they were able to manage that quickly. We asked for an extra pillow, and they were very quick to arrange that.

Perfect position, near metro station with fast aces to center. Clean and comfy room. Great breakfast. Great stuff. Affordable parking place at public parking under the hotel with places reserved for Ibis guests.
