We loved the warm welcome, the excellent facilities, delicious food, the peace and tranquility of the setting. The garden was a delight to sit and relax in and view all the plants and flowers. The pool area was spacious and peaceful. We loved every day of our 8 day stay and it got even better when our daughter and our grandchildren joined us for 3 magical days. We look forward to returning to this wonderful Parador as soon as possible. Thank you to a wonderful, pleasant and caring staff who made our stay so memorable.

Really impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the harbour. Rooms are small but they have everything you need and are spotless. The staff were really nice and helpful. Couldn’t fault this place for value for money.

I had a wonderful stay onboard Pato Lucas, it was my first visit to La Gomera & I thought the idea of staying on a sailboat would be unique as well as a great way to sample port life there. The boat itself is in great condition, spotlessly clean, spacious & really comfortable. The marina has great facilities & the beach is right next door too. Perfect for an early morning dip! The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He provided perfectly simple check in instructions & I would absolutely recommend staying onboard, particularly if you love boats.

Great for walking around and getting good views. A viewpoint near the parador is worth the uphill walk. Also good to explore the beach and viewpoint near the port. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants along side streets and near the main square. Great atmosphere during the Three Kings/Epiphany festival.

We went to watch the start of this years Atlantic Row as I had taken part in it 2 years ago and we were seeing the crew who bought our boat off on their challenge. As always San Sebastian was delightful and having been there a few times over the years we were able to visit all of our old haunts just before Christmas which was excellent.

We walked down into San Sebastian, got a taxi back up the hill! The taxi drivers were really helpful. We ate in small popular restaurant in the centre of San Sebastian and the food was as expected. The prices were good for what we ate. The weather (although not important) was excellent.

This particular city was our least favourite on the trip around the Canary Islands, the town lacked atmosphere compared to others such as Vilaflor, La Laguna and Vallehermoso. But the Parador hotel was lovely.

An excellent variety of seating areas around the hotel. The traditional furnishings were wonderful. A very comfortable bed. Make sure you ask for the cooked breakfast menu as this isn’t well advertised.

Excellently located in the heart of San Sebastian.

Excellently located in the heart of San Sebastian. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They also provided a lot of information. Cleaning of the apartment was excellent. For early arrivals and late departures they provide excellent left luggage facilities. Would return in a heartbeat. Muchas gracias.

Everything or almost was perfect. The rooms are spacious and confortable. The staff is friendly and speaks English well. The hotel is central. I still can’t believe that their menu with drinks included is so cheap and it was certainly decent. It also has to be noted that the hotel was quite. Finally, I appreciated the fact I could leave a luggage for five days, the time for me to do some hicking around the island.

We liked the location, very central with some good restaurants in the near. Even no parking available due to very narrow streets, just 4 min walk from the central parking. (well, the whole city is very small, not like you would have a lot to cross, but still). Hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent.
