This property exceeded our expectations. There were no reviews on here at the time so it was a gamble. Firstly the balconies (all 3 of them) were a huge feature of our time there. We were able to spend our downtime gazing at the sea and the volcano. We cooked all our meals at the house, which had every item you could EVER need. We had the option to eat inside or out so that was a lovely feature. The bedrooms are spacious, the internet worked well & wonderful hot water in the shower. The beds are just fine, side tables are always a bonus. The owners live below so checking in was a breeze (through WhatApp). We were greeted with a fruit bowl. Parking is right out the front of the house. Supermarket a very short drive from there. It should be noted that the bathroom is just a few steps (down) & outside the backdoor. It's a gorgeous bathroom and this was not a problem for us. If someone has mobility issues this apartment may not be the best choice. There are about 10 steps up from the front of the house & 5 steps down the the bathroom. But the outside table is then on that level which has a sea view without the need to go all the way to the top.

One of the stays that we will definitely remember for a long time! Beautiful place, very impressively decorated with all the necessary amenities. The hosts took care of the smallest detail so that we did not miss anything during our stay. Carefully decorated and very clean rooms, beautifully scented towels and linens. Fresh flowers in a vase, fruit and country eggs were waiting for us - extremely nice! The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is basically the only property in the area. Each room overlooks an outdoor courtyard, so you have to go outside (under a roof) to get to the toilet or kitchen. However, this was not a problem at all, but rather a very interesting experience :) The large inner courtyard has sun loungers, a table with chairs and a heated Jacuzzi. The garden in front of the house has a beautiful view of the sea, the Teide volcano, palm trees and banana fields. We would love to return!

One of the best hotels with relaxing atmosphere and nice on site restaurants. Pet friendly. Rooms were big and beautifully decorated. It's a great location too, nice walk downhill to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Beautiful views at Mirador de la Paz, 10mins walk from hotel. Staff were just excellent! Especially reception, food and beverage and housekeeping. You made mine and Daisy's stay just perfect. Great breakfast too at the terrace of the pool garden. Thanks for all the great care and holiday vibes! We hope to be back again soon, then for a few days longer:)
