Beautiful location on top of a hill overlooking great view. Very quiet village - no local shops or amenities to walk to- except for Fiesta on last 2 days when it was transformed with activity and music until the early hours! Church bells toll throughout the day hours which we liked hearing! Pool was great and never crowded. Accomodation was very comfortable and spacious- particularly the bedrooms. Great power shower. Compact kitchen area with hob, microwave and washing machine. Sitting area at front of accomodation to enjoy the view. Outdoor bbq but we didn't make use of this. Great base for exploring the area , Santander about 25mins away. Lots of places to explore within 90mins : we visited some gorgeous beaches( Ribadasella was my favourite!!), a fabulous nature park at Caberceno, Comillas which has a house designed by Gaudi, Bilbao with the Guggenheim- so much to explore that we couldn't fit in in just one week! Will just have to come back now! Felt able to contact the accomodation if necessary, and from support prior to getting to property they responded quickly and seemed very helpful, but nothing urgent arose during our stay.

Location couldn’t be better. Amazing views from the room, were you can see the beach and sunset.(also, big and comfortable bed) Rest of the hotel facilities are super comfy, the living room and terrace with views are a really cool Spot to chill, read or have a coffee. Edu, Silvia and the little Malia are excellent hosts and make you feel like home, plus they have all the local knowledge for hikes, beaches and plans near by. Overall, excellent stay
