Loved the nice old building and location. Nice park across the street with multiple playgrounds for little ones. We stayed at the hotel in January in the junior suite, the room was big and the hotel nice and quiet. The restaurants are good, especially the tiny Colmado 1917 where they provided excellent service for interesting dishes and local wines for very reasonable prices. The gym was excellent. Spa facilities (apart from massages etc) simple but fine. We were pleasantly surprised by all of it and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return!

The stuff were super nice and helpful. We had a half board and for the dinner we choze one starter and one main dish from the menu. The dessert was also included and it varied, sometimes piece of cake was available, sometimes only icecream or jogurt (but it was great as well). All the food we tried was so delicious! For the breakfast there was everything you need. Cleaning was great, the room, lobby, restaurant were always cleaned. The beds was super comfortable. The hotel is in great location, few minutes to the city center and when you want to leave the city by car, it's also great. Definitely a great hotel to stay in Santa Cruz!

It’s great to wonder around a little bit, cause the streets...

It’s great to wonder around a little bit, cause the streets and small cafeterias are the best. If you’re by car don’t hesitate to go up north by the mountains and go hiking (f.e. there is a lighthouse od the far east part of the island, great hike). It’s nice also to spend at least one day visiting Santa Cruz but leave the car in San Adres. Walking to Santa is not worth it, but every few minutes from main road goes 910 bus which can take you there for 1,50 e.
