We spend our vacations every year in Melenara/Salinetas area, so we love the area (Paseo Taliarte etc., all beathes from Salinetas till La Garita), both beaches are very close, SPAR just in the front of the windows, few steps from nice panaderia La Madera.

Very modern, clean and sleek house with an exterior patio and an amazing view. The house is basically new and equipped with anything you might need. It is also soundproofed, however if you open the window, the sound of the sea is amazing. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, she is very punctual and contacted us beforehand on whatsapp. She also gave us tips on what to visit and left water and food in the kitchen as a welcome present. The location is in a quiet neighboorhood, less than 10 mn by car from the airport but nonetheless very peaceful and with an amazing view of the coast of Tufia. The house is in a small peaceful village right by the coast, walking to the local beach is 2 mn walking. Parking is possible right in front of the door. Thanks a lot Eloina for letting us stay at your place! It was amazing!

This is a gem in the historic centre of a Canarian hill top town, away from the hustle and bustle of the beach resorts. Arold and Alienka were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We loved everything and would definitely stay here again. We stayed in the Casita which is a little house in the garden with a separate entrance from the main building. It was very private and we made use of the hot tub on the patio. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the breakfasts...wow! We had a delicious breakfast tortilla on the first morning and pancakes on the second morning. They very kindly provided us with an early breakfast as we had to get to the airport by 8am. As we were staying over the Easter weekend, Arold gave us some restaurant suggestions to pre-book and these were also fantastic (La Jicara Tasca and La Vicaria). All in all, highly recommended so do not hesitate to book here. It is probably easier to get here by car but we used buses and a taxi to the airport (approx 15 euros).

The property was spotless! Tidy and presentable.

The property was spotless! Tidy and presentable. Even had a free bottled water, complimentary wine that we enjoyed so much and fruits as well. 3-5mins walk to a grocery store and 10mins walk to go restaurants with fresh seafood. What a great experience!

It is on the beach but has no sunbeds or shade in apartment...

It is on the beach but has no sunbeds or shade in apartment or on beach and no shops to buy any.Lack of restaurants open most closed Mon,tues,Wed.No air con which is a big problem in summer.Also it is on flight path for take off so aircraft noise all day.Very small bed.We found the lay out awkward.Lots of steps leading up to it.Overpriced and wouldnt go again
