The rooms were newly done and beautifully fitted out. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and bathroom. the area is very quiet so sleep was great!! Location is on the Camino Primitivo. Restaurant and bar is very welcoming and food was good too.

The room was superbly renovated. The original shutters were a great feature and the walk in shower and bathroom were fantastic.

Awesome authentic farmhouse in very rural surrounding. Perfect accomodation if you desire to be lodges in an old authentic farmhouse with a lot of history. Host Uxia is extremely helpful and kind. Home made wines available, great and healthy dinner was cooked by Uxia and was a very good meal. If you like your 5 start hotels, then this is not for you: if you like a real authentic experience in Asturian style, than you won't find anything better than this: simply exquisite

When walking the Camino Primitivo, you become accustomed to significant elevation changes! What I didn’t realize was that someone decided to place Fonsagrada right on top of a hill :-) ! After a long day, I arrived at the foot of that climb just after 9:30 PM. It was quite difficult to finish the day like that! I got there just three minutes before 10 PM and was warmly welcomed by a charming gentleman who took the time to ask if I needed anything, even though the bar was closed. His empathy was greatly appreciated! To my surprise, the view from my room was stunning (see photo). I slept so well that night! Thank you once again for your warm hospitality!
