The welcome was so warm and friendly despite my complete lack of Spanish. The lovely lady who welcomed us made every effort to explain everything about the property and room with great patience and humour. Google translate proved helpful and fun! We were offered help with our arrangements for our visit to the Lakes on the following day, an arrangement that made everything so easy and straightforward. Breakfast was perfect for our needs to set us up for a great days hiking. The location, with free parking opposite was fabulous. A path led up through the woods, easily to the Sanctuary and Basilica of Covadonga. We were so pleased that we had chosen both the location and the property itself and would really recommend this for a quiet, friendly stay in this beautiful part of Spain.

The location was perfect, really close to "Picos de Europa" and Covadonga. It was really clean and comfortable, felt like home. The room was intimate, even though we had a room for four people, we could have a lot of privacy because the room was divided in two. We would absolutely come back in the future.
