The hotel is super comfortable and nice. We really liked the rooftop terrace which is the perfect place to have some rest while looking at the beautiful surrounding mountains and you can bring your own beverages and snacks - which are easy to buy in the supermarket that is only a couple of minutes far and is open almost nonstop! Breakfast is optional to buy, we enjoyed it on 2 occasions and it was super tasty, huge portions, good value for money. The receptionists were really nice and helpful.

Great to have free parking, yes it's a little tight as others say but with a little care it wasn't an issue. Great communication from the owner and very comprehensive information for your stay. The apartment is very modern even with child friendly plug sockets and USB plugs for mobiles etc. There a washing macjine and a dryer and a really good oven/microwave plus anything else you will need. It also has balconies front and rear. The town is a couple of minutes walk and has some very nice places to eat drink and shop. The new volcano is very nearby and the national parks are very easy to get to as is Santa Cruz. If you are looking for an alternative to Santa Cruz as a tourist I highly recommend this town and this property for a great stay.

To be far away from city noise was great. To be greeted by a very friendly guardian, who responded to messages or phone calls: that was exceptional! Thank you for not making me fight with keys and codes all by myself! The apartment was very roomy, well equipped.and spotlessly clean.

Everywhere on La Palma is slow to get to, as the roads are...

Everywhere on La Palma is slow to get to, as the roads are winding and there are few places that have access to the sea. Puerto de Tazacorte has a large, safe and sheltered beach and enough facilities to cater for most needs. The local restaurants are varied and reasonably priced. It's about 45 minutes drive from the airport, on good roads and traffic everywhere is light. The island as a whole really shows its volcanic origins and there are amazing views of ancient volcanoes and ones much more recent, including the extraordinary landscape formed by an eruption and lava flow in 2021.
