All staff always a smily and happy to help. Food is good and varied every day. Comfy beds, pillow a bit too high for my taste but supposed it's difficult to please everyone in that sense. Door in the sauna needs a handle urgently. Thank you!!! :)

The hotel is situated within a walking distance from the airport, which is a huge advantage if you have a late flight. The beach is also very close - we could see it from our window. The hotel was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. The room we got was big, the bed was so, SO comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and equipped in both toiletries and the hair dryer. Staff in the hotel were professional and helpful in every way, not only during our stay but also before we came here I got really helpful and kind answers to my questions. They helped us to rent a car in a convenient and cheap way - we strongly recommend booking a car in the reception. We have also bought breakfasts and dinners at the hotel - the meals were tasty, there was a large variety to choose from and the restaurant was cleaned regularly. Although a lot of meals served at dinner contained meat, we have found a lot of vegetarian options - everyone will be happy with the menu! Unfortunately we didn't use the pool and the outside area so much due to the short stay and the weather, but it seemed like a perfect place to spend your holiday. Overall, we are very happy with choosing Alua Leo and if we ever decide to go back to Mallorca, we would definitely stay there again!

Super clean room :) unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast nor the pool but they looked really good. close to the supermarket and the beach. Not so close to Palma city center, but by bus it takes around 30-35 minutes. Totally recommend if you want to have less of a touristy experience compared to Palma center. :)

The hotel has a fantastic location—just 15 minutes by car or taxi from the airport, 20 min to the city Palma de Mallorca and right in front of the beach good one, with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and options to rent sunbeds and umbrellas for the day. I booked half board, and the food was good. The real highlight of the stay was the employees—they are amazing, always offering solutions and making sure guests feel supported and cared for.
