Everything. The apartment is super / extremely clean. All the facilities provided, including bed linens, are of good quality. Most worth of mentioning is Rocio. We cannot appreciate further all the supports from her and her hospitality. She recommended a couple of good restaurants nearby. She also provided assistance in transportation arrangement and ice cubes in the freezer for my sister’s injured feet. Tbh, Porrino is a small but not so interesting town. We stayed there because of our Camino journey. For any pilgrims, Aloha T is a top consideration for staying and relaxing.

The host met us at the property and provided keys and codes, he was extremely helpful - especially with directions for transport and settling us in the property. This was a very large apartment, beautifully furnished and great value for money - with everything you would need for a long stay (even though we only booked for one night!). We were able to catch up on washing and step out to very close by restaurants and shops. The apartment was right on the Camino so perfect for us pilgrims!

Fantastic! A food hamper awaited us when we arrive after a long day’s Camino walk. There was also ample tea, coffee hot chocolate. There was even plaster in the bathroom for blisters. Our hostess showed us how to use the washing machine and drier-wonderful bonus. A supermarket is close by where we could get food to prepare in the well appointed kitchen. Very well lit throughout

This town was such a nice surprise.

This town was such a nice surprise. I decided to divide my camino stage and Porriño was great to visit. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafés. It's a beautiful town architecturally, so I enjoyed walking around the town. It's also not a touristy town or a place overrun with other Caminho pilgrims (like me), so I was able to experience the town without a lot of outside influence. On a personal choice note, I actually enjoyed Porriño more than Valença and Tui. I spent a night in each of those locations on my Camino. The other two towns were much more focused on the tourist/pilgrim guests. While I enjoyed Valença because of its history and architecture, the town was more touristy than I would have liked. Porriño has all the charm of a small town, without the interference of outside . A final note about Porriño. The people that you interact with, restaurant, hotel staff or just people you meet on the street were always pleasant to interact with. They were always patient with my limited language skills and made me feel welcome in their town. Visit Porriño!

We must highlight the excellent service from the gentleman who attended to us and helped us at all times. He even gave us a ride to the starting point of the Camino de Santiago at 8:00 in the morning. A truly wonderful person. A peaceful place to relax, without much noise. The facilities are impressive, and the value for money is excellent. Thank you so much!

The town has all the amenities: restaurants, shops, bars, and supermarkets. There's a lovely riverside promenade and a fantastic bakery for breakfast. It's a well-equipped town, and I really enjoyed it. I was pleasantly surprised to find a study room open every day.

It's a small but welcoming town, the people were friendly at least in the services we used, you can see it walking around peacefully, it's curious to see the amount of Rosa Porriño on facades, roads, fences, sculptures, benches...curious.

My stay was pleasant.

My stay was pleasant. The hostel is centrally located, and you can easily explore the beautiful town. Restaurants and cafes invite you to linger, and everything is within easy walking distance. My laundry was washed, dried, and folded for eight euros. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

Nuria was very welcoming and helpful, the hostel was well thought through with everything I needed (hairdryer, plenty of towels, extra blanket, locker with key) and in a convenient central location. In the end I was the only guest for the night I stayed during my Camino (outside of peak season) and Nuria went out of her way to ensure I felt safe and comfortable which I really appreciated, a great option if you're staying in Porrino.
