The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally kind. The location was great for us because it was so close to the airport and we were tired. The breakfast buffet had everything and it was nicely laid out. There is also a grocery store right next door.

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that...

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

the included airport shuttle was a plus. I arrived late at the evening, this flight was more cheap than early flights (for me waking up at 3am). Doing a price calculation, I paid in total 10 euro more by taking a late flight, plus this hotel.. compared to 10 euro less when I would take an early flight and arrive in madrid around 11am. In this case, I could wake up in the morning in madrid to visit the city while I was awake.

We were very pleased with my stay, even we stayed for a short time.The photos accurately reflect reality — everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hostel meets hotel-level standards, with careful attention to detail, from providing an extra toothbrush to offering fresh water. The hostel manager was professional, courteous, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place

The hotel belonged to a local star - a toreador which defines the whole character of it. Basically it feels (and hears through the doors) as a family house. The bus stops on request (!) almost next door to it. A 24/7 food shop is just across the street.

Easy to get with their own transfer to and from the airport. The room was big and looked more like a hotel. Good value for money. They also offer a cheap and nice breakfast.
