This rural hotel is everything you want in a rural hotel. Peace and tranquility, comfort, friendliness, and an option to eat with them as a bonus. It is located very near to the major sights of the area but tucked away from the hussle and bussle. The breakfast was made to order with fresh ingredients. We opted to stay in for dinner both evenings and the menu was simple but also made with the freshest of ingredients and served with love. Our room was on the small side but cozy and comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality!!

In general, the north captivates us equally. Everything is beautiful, no matter the season. In this case, the area was surrounded by a couple of farms. There were cows, geese, dogs, and other animals typical of the region.

Oreña is very well located and has impressive scenery.

Oreña is very well located and has impressive scenery. It is close to Santillana del Mar and the Altamira caves, half an hour from Cabarceno, the Soplao caves, Santander, etc. The tranquility of the surroundings is exceptional.

The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. It's also close to Santillana del Mar, where you'll find all the amenities you might need. It's very well connected to the rest of the region. The only downside is that you absolutely need a car to get around, as it's a residential area and there are no shops or services nearby.

Beautiful surroundings, perfect for exploring by car to other lovely and inspiring places. Friendly, welcoming, and attentive service. A generous breakfast was included. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning during a very hot day and night.

It's located very close to Santillana del Mar (just a 5 min drive) but away enough to avoid all the tourists. It's a very simple hotel but clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nice as well!
