I was upgraded and stayed in Puente Romano hotel, which shares same facilities with Nobu. I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean. The bathroom's attention to cosmetic details added a luxurious touch. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering a great start to each day. The well-maintained gardens and inviting pools provided a tranquil escape, enhancing the overall experience. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding service from the staff. They were not only professional but also warm and accommodating, making every interaction a delight. The addition of a WhatsApp concierge service was a game-changer, ensuring quick and convenient assistance throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.
