Lunch and dinner Pilgrim meals were both excellent...Mum who runs the place is laid back, easy going and a fantastic host, she appeared to work all of God's hours with the same smile and humour and lovely relaxed nature...10 points Mum or should I say Grandmum..so good to see the whole family...

The location, appart from beautiful --right behind the cathedral--, was right in the middle of the city and because one sees the cathedral from many points in the city it was very easy to always find the hotel. Extremely convenient. I have several severe food allergies and intolerances and *Susana*, the person in charge of breakfast, took all the trouble so I would not get cross-contramination from the bouffet, and prepared everything herself taking all precautions, and thanks to her effort, everything went perfect. I want to extend my special thanks to her. The hotel has its own parking, extremely convenient in that old quarters area. All personal was helpful and nice.

Everything was good. The hotel breakfast was good and the location was good, especially the hotel staff. In particular, I was grateful that Mahomet was kind and introduced well.

Very helpful, friendly and professional Reception staff - especially the valet-parking for our car…we (Google Maps) would never have found the hotel car park on our own…it’s tricky! The city-centre location is perfect for exploring Salamanca, and the hotel is furnished and equipped to the usual high NH standard. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Overall, great value for money.
