Absolutely loved it. Great experience in a cave house. Has everything you need for a great stay and more. We stayed for 4 nights and ventured out each day to see sights. Easy access to the highway to explore the region. Very friendly and helpful staff. Manuel is great and let us choose any of the available houses. All are amazing so you can't go wrong. Manuel took us on a tour of "end of the earth". You shouldn't miss it. Cleaning staff are fantastic and very helpful. Pool is great to cool off on those hot days. The surroundings and views are beautiful. The cave houses are very functional and provide an unique experience. Being Canadian, we actually found the caves a little warm.........probably perfect for most people. We would have loved to light a fire but just too hot for us. Really enjoyed sitting out at night with a bottle of wine. Bed was a little hard for us but everyone has personal preference. Grounds are natural for the setting. Easy to enjoy, loved the experience, loved the people. Highly recommended.

Spacious, clean – well equipped. Kids had fun in the pool although it was quite cold. There were lots of fruit trees and an absolute delight to add fresh fruit to our breakfast in the morning. Even though we didn’t speak each other’s language Carmen and I managed to communicate happily.

Everything was excellent. The option of firewood for an open fire was a nice extra.

This hotel was in a great location, so close to the main square and walkable to all. We got great instructions on the free parking and we left our car there before heading to check in. This is recommended as the hotel is not accessible by car and in a small street. So, if possible park first (not far at all!) The front desk person was so so nice and friendly. She made us smile! Our room was cozy (appreciate as it was cold outside!) with a huge big and very comfortable bed. We walked in to the town --had a nice dinner. This was a one night stay and we loved it!
