Loved the nice old building and location. Nice park across the street with multiple playgrounds for little ones. We stayed at the hotel in January in the junior suite, the room was big and the hotel nice and quiet. The restaurants are good, especially the tiny Colmado 1917 where they provided excellent service for interesting dishes and local wines for very reasonable prices. The gym was excellent. Spa facilities (apart from massages etc) simple but fine. We were pleasantly surprised by all of it and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return!

The stuff were super nice and helpful. We had a half board and for the dinner we choze one starter and one main dish from the menu. The dessert was also included and it varied, sometimes piece of cake was available, sometimes only icecream or jogurt (but it was great as well). All the food we tried was so delicious! For the breakfast there was everything you need. Cleaning was great, the room, lobby, restaurant were always cleaned. The beds was super comfortable. The hotel is in great location, few minutes to the city center and when you want to leave the city by car, it's also great. Definitely a great hotel to stay in Santa Cruz!

The property is stunningly beautiful, it's a renovated old building with a lot of green and interesting details. We slept in room M3, which was absolutely perfect: very quiet, a lot of light and a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

The hotel is beautifully located above the cliffs directly next to the ocean. The hotel team was very friendly, caring and responsive. The old hotel organised Yoga and Pilates sessions with great trainers. My wife and me stay there for one week and we would have loved to stay longer. I can recommend this hotel to everybody.
