NIce house with everything you need in it. Perfect location, quiet but also near to towns, supermarkets/shops and the beach if you have a car. We brought 2 little dogs with us and because everything is fenced it's very safe to let them run free on the whole property which was super! Very kind and helpful host, who comes when you arrive to explain how everything works in the house.

Reception. Met by Anna keys and advice given. Friendly. Downstairs is a permanently closed bar and restaurant. Bedroom is a good size. Big (strange) but comfortable bed. Two bedside tables and lamps. Wardrobe, mirror, tele. Objet d’art. Air con. Window with (unoverlooked) view of the church 10yrds away! WIFI not the best, but, does work. Bathroom is good. Sink, bidet bath with shower over. Chip in the bath, but, very clean and shiny. Towels clean, but, hard. Exfoliators! Hand soap and gel. Outside are street with bars, shops etc. The church opposite as said. District is generally quiet and seemed friendly. Not pretty, but. Good value.

Excellent staff - very helpful giving us guidance to navigate around Valencia hit by the storm and flooding. We had an evening meal - excellent food and breakfast also wonderful.The room had an enormous comfortable bed. Ideal location for viewing birds on the delta.We will be back to sample the Paella and cycle the numerous tracks which the weather stopped us from doing this time. Thank you for a great stay!!

Immaculately clean , well located, pretty much on the promenade. Parking was a major consideration for me as I was travelling with a lot of sports equipment in and on my car. They have 3 options - on street immediately in front of the hotel (a very quiet one way street which I felt was safe enough), an open car park not quite opposite which would be fine if it was just a case of parking a car and an underground car park at €10 per night which I didn’t explore if you felt the need. The swimming pool and terrace looked superb. It was late Oct/Nov when we stayed and not quite warm enough to enjoy but I bet it’s superb in the warmer weather. One final point - I assume watersports are permitted from the beach but it looked ideal for paddleboarding , windsurfing and wingfoiling. Very safe if the wind is in the right direction. Even some surfable waves at one point.
