The accommodation has a few features that make it unique. First of all the large, cosy balcony with a wide seaview, where you can actually spend the whole day. The same great view is from the bedroom. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your bed. There is also a roof terrace with a barbecue. Bathroom and kitchen are spacious and comfortable. And Gran Tarajal is a very pleasant, relaxed and authentic city. We had perfect week and will definitely come back next time.

Quaint and quiet town where you can interact with locals and get the best of the tourist and local worlds! Location was perfect as it allowed us faster access to the gorgeous western and southern beaches such as Cofete, La Pared, Las Hermosas, Ajuy, la Solapa, Sotavento, etc. If you want to interact with locals and dislike crowded, touristy hubs, Gran Tarajal is the place to pick.

Gran Tarajal is a lovely local town, on the beach front. This is a great spot to visit, if you want to avoid the chaos of a touristy spot. Locals are very friendly and the nighttime atmosphere is great. Hornolandia pasteleria & panderia is an amazing bakery. Pastries are amazing and coffee is fantastic. Amazing value for money. Picolla Italia Gran Tarajal - This place is always busy, for a reason. The Pizza is terrific and innexpensive. They serve up a delicious tiramisu too! Plenty of local super markets and easy access to resources in the area.

Gran Tarajal is a lovely little Spanish town.

Gran Tarajal is a lovely little Spanish town. I say Spanish, meaning it's not busy, crowded and touristy like, say, Caletta de Fuste. This means that the range of restaurants is fewer, but they all seem to be good and they're not the sort of places that do all day English breakfast, if you know what I mean. One big thing to be aware of is that the town behind the beach (i.e. where most apartments are) is quite hilly, so if you're not great with mobility, that's an issue. There's a small harbour as well. The town is pretty good for exploring the island, as the driver time to El Cotillo in the north west is about the same as it is too Morro Jable in the south.

Loved this town- perfect for us….

Loved this town- perfect for us….NoT a tourist resort- very few visitors… but plenty of restaurants/ local shops. Fantastic beach- with showers/loos but no beach lounger hire. Excellent base for exploring the island.

Excellent location right in the centre of town, close to the beach, restaurants, two big supermarkets, and bus station. Lovely bakery right outside as well. The apartment is equipped with all the basics, but not a lot more. Gran Tarajal is a lovely town and one of the best place on the island for a relaxed, authentic Spanish feel holiday - fully recommended!

I have to note that the owner of hotel prepared 2 bottles of water, it was very handy after a long trip. It was free parking just in front of hotel, which is very good. The contact person responded fast and in a very nice manner. I have got a gift for Christmas night from the hotel that was beyond the expectation!
