The location is great as it is in the centre of town, the staff were all very friendly, approachable and welcoming. David on reception was great help and his female colleague whose name I didn't get. Gemma who served us for breakfast in the week was super nice and friendly with her quirky Spanlish accent.

They never provided me with a code (via email) to get in my appartment so I had to cancel the reservation. Tried to contact them but they were not willing to help.
