Loved everything about this place! From the moment you arrive it’s clear you’re going to have a fantastic stay - impressive building (modern, clean, beautiful decor), the attentive staff (friendly, and nothing is too much to trouble - shout out to Gloria and Jesus!) , the rooms are of an exceptionally high standard with really lovely views of the pools/hotel complex (our room was immaculate, big, beautifully decorated and a balcony with your own sun-loungers!) and the food is fabulous (Nata is a wonderful woman, a warm, friendly host who gave us a wonderful welcome on our first evening in the restaurant). If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Costa Teguise - I cannot recommend this hotel enough, stunning! You won’t be disappointed 😊

I absolutely loved staying at Hotel Casa de las Flores and couldn't recommend it more. Casa de las Flores really felt like "casa". Nothing was overly done, yet this property is full of art pieces that make every room unique while preserving existing elements. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast is an experience but what I loved the most were the people. Óscar is an amazing host and trust me you will fall in love with Lanzarote just from hearing him speaking so passionately about the island. At least, I did. Can't wait to comeback to this beautiful island and stay there once again.

Just came home from a week stay here as a couple and honestly cannot fault the hotel. First of all the lobby is the most beautiful lobby you’ll ever see! All staff so friendly and helpful, hotel cleaned top to bottom every morning, everything kept and maintained so well. Great location, great views from our room. Now the part that divides people - the food! We did all inclusive and there was plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner, plus sandwiches and small snacks available all day at the pool bar (limited choice but it’s there) and there is a bbq in the afternoon to get burgers hotdogs and fries. We are not fussy and had very full plates every meal time and did not go hungry! Good effort was put into the theme nights - Mexican, Italian, French etc. We ate out for dinner on a couple of nights simply to just get out and about for a bit and see what was around. It is what it is - an all inclusive buffet, but overall, the food was more than good enough for us! We were delivered a plate full of fresh fruit within half hour of arriving which was such a nice touch. Roland in the entertainment team was brilliant and really made us laugh every day! Staff behind the bars very quickly learned what you were drinking and they just kept them flowing, serving what I call ‘Caribbean measures’ - they’re definitely not tight on the alcohol! Despite what the website and drinks cards tell you (and other peoples opinions/experiences) we drank branded alcohol (Gordon’s pink gin, Disaronno, Malibu, Aperol) without paying an extra penny. Very breezy some days which was always welcome but be careful your sunbed doesn’t slide into the pool if you’re close enough! The revolving seating section round the bar is something I’ve never seen before but it was a good novelty! There were a fair few ‘older’ people staying (we are in our 30s). This was no bother for us at all, but don’t expect a blaring music all day party type resort.
