The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful during my short stay. I noticed a good rapport between people working in the hotel which I think says a lot. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in for comfort. The room was simple but with a good bed and good shower I don't need more. The breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Very quiet location and superb if visiting the delta.

The house was really cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had all the things we needed. The hosts were beyond kind, they allowed us to check in earlier and they took all our phone calls immediately. Really kind hosts.

Deltebre is a little town, a quiet place in the midle of beautiful natural places. River and seaside, rice plantations, lots of birds and places to watch them , a paradise for aquatic spots , biking and walking tours.
Historical places nearby, medieval, prehistoric places,
Very good restaurants - fish dishes and paella.

First, the hostess/owner was incredible - really nice, very accommodating, sweet - like a friend or family. The building was very well kept up and clean, and the grounds were nice. Security was great and the breakfast was excellent. She helped provide us with much thorough information on where to go and where to eat in the area. We enjoyed our stay there very much. We came to Deltebre for the Delta Birding Festival. The festival was interesting, but I would not sign up for the bird festival field trips unless you can speak Catalan and don’t mind leaders who talk the whole trip. We hired a guide, Christian Jensen (Audouin Birding Tours)who was great and the birding was very good! We had a good time in Deltebre. We rented a car to get to Deltebre, which I think is necessary.

Amazing landscapes.
Amazing landscapes. The beautiful river, the adjacent rice fields which go on for miles, then the estuary and its bays. There is a lot to see and do and lots of excellent food to eat. You should eat rice dishes, of course, probably combined with fish/seafood. Hire a bike to tour the delta roads through the rice fields - it’s extremely flat. I’d advise Wikiloc app - one rice field looks like another!
There’s nothing I would avoid next time apart from getting mosquito bites (probably should have put a bit more repellent than I did). I’d also stay for at least four days and probably rent a car if not in my own vehicle.

Great place to enjoy nature and relax.
Great place to enjoy nature and relax. Beaches are big and almost empty.
It's a great place to do birdwatching, walk, cycle, learn about salt mines and rice cultivation. The ecosystem is super interesting and really worth learning about it, also to understand its importance and help protecting it.
Food is very good, don't miss plates prepared with local ingredients, the most famous being rice. Don't forget to try local wines too.
Don't miss the sunset in the Playa del Trabucador or a walk to the Faro del Fangar.
At night mosquitos could be annoying, buy a good repellent.

The combination of rice fields, villages, nature (flamingos!!), beach is very unique. It’s not very touristy, so quite relaxing. Seafood & rice are awesome. One recommendation though: bring mosquito spray.

A wonderful place if you are a birder, and if you are looking for those beautiful flamingos. Gorgeous sunsets, lovely landscape of paddy fields, wetlands, and the mountains, and certainly a more off-the-beaten-path type of place for the explorer at heart.
We had a wonderful stay here - the hotelet is run with a lot of love and attention to detail by Cristina who welcomed us warmly. The hotelet is stylish, bright, cosy, relaxing and we were well taken care of from a beautiful breakfast to lots of tips for how to spend our time in the Delta. We had the Suite 5 with a lovely balcony and river view and a bit more space and there's a fridge in that room as well.
Great location if you enjoy nature, hiking and birdwatching. Seriously, there is an insane amount of cranes and gulls, and birds I've never seen before just wading or flying around. Premises have a lot of shade, and there's a small pool. I was visiting in October, and the sun wasn't too hot so I was able to enjoy bike riding and hiking in the delta. The staff in the hotel is helpful.
This apartment has good style including daylight from the ceiling and lovely rainbows projected by the windows, and has almost all facilities we could wish for. There is air conditioning and there are several spaces where you can store belongings out of the way. It's easy to access by car and the center of Deltebre is just a short walk away. Our cat also approved of it!
Beautiful villa, great location and we loved how tastefully was decorated, simple and clean. The hosts were very nice, gave us vegetables from their garden, which we found so thoughtful. We will be back again as the house and location are great.
Fantastic outdoor area, plenty of space and the pool with the pool chairs were great. We had a wonderful time there.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, its local charm away from the hustle of the big city was refreshing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant.
The added convenience of worry-free parking was a definite plus.
The cleanliness of the place was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout.
Small, privately run hotel with restaurant in the midst of rice fields, no near neighbors. Hence the restaurant is specialized in rice dishes. We had a spacious room overlooking the rice fields. As it was January we needed the heating mode of the airconditioning, which was more than adequate. Recommended.
It was very nice in general and very quiet. For two people there is a lot of space. It's very close to the river and there are places within walking distance where you can rent kayaks or do a short cruise on the river. You can also walk to some restaurants in the town of Deltebre.
Excellent hotel in the heart of the delta.
Ample free parking
Free Wifi if required, we did not use it.
Good varied breakfast with hot and cold dishes (9 euros per person)
Family room (family of four) really big with king sized bed and 2 individual beds for kids.
Very spacious and comfortable apartments equipped with everything you need with a washing machine and dishwasher. Not far from the apartments there are long beaches and a natural park with various birds. We really enjoyed.
Lovely staff who were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking out front. The hotel is excellent value for money, and the room had everything I needed.
