Great location for exploring Picos de Europa. We found ourselves in a nice room with a balcony/porch with absolutely stunning views over the mountains. Breakfast was really nice, too. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They also prepare home made dinners, although the menu is pretty limited. There is also a nice self-service bar with a great variety of drinks (which we did not use but looked awesome :)) Make sure you try their house cider!

There is not much to do in Colombres, but Playa de la Franca...

There is not much to do in Colombres, but Playa de la Franca or the little town of Llanes are wonderful and nearby, well worth the trip. Gijon is also available by car. Unfortunately, severe wildfires made our Picos de Europa national park plans impossible.

Great boutique hotel. Our rooms were very clean & comfortable. Parking on site was a bonus. The breakfast is very good. We (group of 5) arrived mid evening & the hotel directed us to a restaurant literally 2 mins walk from the hotel. The restaurant was very good. Best steak I’ve had in a while. The hotel is old world charm.

We were happy to stay at one of the “Indian” houses constructed by emigrants who came back to Asturias from Mexico. It’s a part of history of Colombres. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. There are a lot of windows in it, so it’s well lit. Teresa is a nice and responsive person, she helped us a lot.

The apartment is very modern, clean and will all the amenities we needed. The communication regarding collecting the key could have been better but overall the property is excellent. Colombres is also an interesting little town with great access to lovely beaches
