We have checked in on 5th June and we were robbed by unknown...
We have checked in on 5th June and we were robbed by unknown persons seating into reception of hotel. After that, Informing hotel staff has neither provided support in showing us CCTV camera nor they have provided prompt support to Police to which we filled the complaint on the same day. Our many valuable theft due to Hotel's 0 proof and pathetic security system. We lost money, mobile phones, keys, bank cards of my Wife's purse bag. I will definitely NOT recommend anyone checking into this hotel and I will ensure your hotel get some action from Spain government. We suspect Hotel staff is also involved in this kind of robbery plotted by Tax+Hotel staff.JitenIndia
