Close to Camino, ca 150 metres. Spotless, well equipped for pilgrims ( washing machine, comfortable beds) The hosts were very helpful, picked us up quite unexpectedly in a local cafe. Gave us fresh vegetables and dressing for salad. All was very friendly and uncomplicated.

A generous, beautifully crafted and presented breakfast - Martha is an ex Cordon Bleu trained cook having formerly run a hotel with Jose in Ibiza and it definitely shows: local goats cheeses, freshly pressed orange juices, home-made fig jams and a variety of cured meats. I was so tired after my Caminho 23 km day that I initially went to the wrong building but they noticed and called me to the actual hotel - don’t get me wrong, it’s very visible but I got tired. Then I wasn’t able to find a bathroom in my room and went to fight to the reception but again turned out that I am super tired and I did not even notice a door in the room because it’s designed really nicely!! Also I was super surprised how nicely the hotel is done overall, I am not sure why it is 1 star only. It looks very new and comfortable. The room and the facilities were very good.
