The facilities are up to date, thoughtfully designed, and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Whether it was a quick request or general advice, they were consistently responsive and professional. Another major plus is the on-site parking, which adds convenience for guests traveling by car.

Breakfast was amazing, the hotel reminded me of Hearst Castle in central California, it was majestic. There isn't a better location in Santiago and I would stay here again. The bathrooms were modern and immaculate, and the common areas were beyond beautiful.
