Extremely friendly staff, food and drinks are mostly simple but very good. Entertainment is different each day, fun for both kids and adults. There is also night shows each evening, so quite enough things to do to not get bored near the pool. The beach is near hotel and reachable in seconds. Even though there is no parking provided by the hotel we found it easy to park along the streets or few spots that available around.

It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you! -Hotel staff was super polite and helpful and gave us lots of travel tips/offered help even after check out -Hotel room was aesthetic and modern looking. We had proper bathrobes, 2 tv's and a coffee machine in our room - The air conditioner was very powerful but quiet at the same time. -Breakfast was very delicious.

Beautiful location, lovely staff, great view from room. The food especially was excellent. Lots of variety, very fresh and flavorful. I very much recommended half board. The hotel was very peaceful, but the staff were also very kind and accommodating for our 16 month old who isn’t the tidiest eater. Paguera is an easy 20 minute walk away along the coast.

We liked everything. Location was great (walking distance to the beach and shops/bars). Need to mention that the staff was so nice and did an excellent job - thank you. The restaurant definitely worth a visit. We didn't expect it to be so good so we went twice. The breakfast was also big with options and very tasty so don't miss it. The pool was not big but most of the times was empty so we enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean which was also much appreciated :) . We'd definitely recommend this hotel - excellent choice!

I will never ever stay with them again.

I will never ever stay with them again. Their guests are so disrespectful and no education is provided. The holiday break felt like a war. Their guests were throwing the vlothes, and towels on the floor and take the sunbed as soon as someone gets to the swimming pool.

Absolutely recommended!

Absolutely recommended! One highlight is the food buffet, which is full of a very extensive variety of options, including local Mallorcan food. They change the menu every day. Tons of vegetarian and vegan options too. The three pools are divine, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms are clean, cutely decorated, and spacious. The all inclusive menu is wonderful, with cocktails, wine, beer, sangria, and mixed liquor drinks. The cave bar is simply wonderful, with a stage for live entertainment and a view of the ocean. This place really feels like a getaway, I could have stayed for longer than 3 days! The hotel is clean, modern and luxury.

Everything was great! The hotel is by the beach so you don't need to pay for the beach beds on the beach because the sea is literaly 50 meters from the pool of the hotel. There is always something happening by the pool (joga, waterpolo, shows, archering etc). We had a pleasant stay and we will visit this place in the future for sure.

The hotel is located in an amazing quiet beach, but only 20 min walking to Magaluf. The sun shines over the pool area all day long and we had a room with an amazing view. The food was good at the buffet restaurant.

Entrance to the sea is from sand beach as well as from rocky cliffs close to the hotel. The bay is nice. Meal is good. There are always empty sunbeds near the pools.
