The property if very well arranged and newly constructed. Staff is very well trained and hospitality level is excellent. For this cost I didn’t expect such a good accommodation. I want to admit that the mattress and bed itself was so comfortable that I slept good and woke up like a newborn.

Fantastic accommodation with self catering facilities plus sun terrace and roof terrace - very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Few mins walk to Empalme metro which brought us to city centre ( Angel Guimerà or Ponta Fusta ) in minutes - manager excellent/ we had small medical issue and he could not do more - very highly recommended . Two supermarkets very close and morning Restuarant beside accommodation- so all good

Breakfast was good, nice options. The location was the best, very close to the old town, all main attractions easily reachable by foot. The room was modern, clean, spacious enough for 2 people. We weren't able to open the windows and it would be nice to get some fresh air. Staff super helpful and nice.

Perfect location, in downtown, walking distance to every single heritage. Super clean room with cozy bed and newly-decorated bathroom. I did a lot of research to find this apartment.

I did a lot of research to find this apartment. The location is better than I checked on the map. It is between 2 metro stations. Either takes you to downtown/train station/bus station in 10-15 minutes. All the appliances look quite new. There is a washing machine which is very helpful if you plan to stay a week.

Metro was great, get map from Tourist info or use google map.People were excetionally froendly and keen to help. Alma Libre cafe was very good.(a local pointed it out to us.) The centre of valencia has the Turia park, formerly the river bed, fullmof bougainvillea etc in flower in June. The Playa della Vierga is beautiful and the trees/plants are misted with fine spray regularly. The metro runs to Maritime station which is on the coast.Travel card covers the tram system whcih is overground, so scenery,

A 3-mins walk to the Empalme metro with regular trains and 5-stops to the main train station and then a 10-mins walk to the Old Town. A substantial cafeteria-style buffet breakfast is included. A good value modern hotel with a quiet comfortable room and good shower. The hotel also accepts visiting and exchange students. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There are no restaurants nearby but there is a large supermarket 10-mins walk.

The hotel is new and excellent in many ways. Check-in is self-service with an access code. Breakfast is poor but sufficient. It is located 10 minutes from the metro line, however, it is important to know that if you have an early flight on Saturday and Sunday, the metro runs later, after 7 am

The hotel seems to be designed specifically for students. We had a double room where everything was duplicated: 2 desks, 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, etc. The room was very spacious. If I were a student, I would have loved it here ;) Nice view from the windows. Excellent value for money.
