Very welcoming host. Felt like a visit to a family friends than just a night at strangers apartments. Host has amazing backyard and there were things for kids. Very welcoming, even showed my kid chicken coop and garden. Great experience. If we ever go back to Oviedo, this is the place will stay. Highly recommend.

Central. The use of car parking in the shopping centre is organised. So is their cooperation with the spa and gym in the same building. Rooms are spacious. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was very good, but I think the hotel needs more space for their clients.

We had booked 2 rooms but the other 2 guests had to cancel last minute. We could not cancel the room on the app. However, on our arrival, when the owner knew that we would not be using the room, he explored every possibility to refund us. Unfortunately, he could not process the reimbursement. Instead, he offered us to stay any other extra night any other time. We was really not happy about charging us for a room we would not be using. He showed a lot of care for his guests and I am really grateful for this.
