This was a really nice accommodation that was easy to find and we were well looked after. We arrived a little later than expected but Samantha was very helpful, suggesting a good place to eat and helping us out of a spot of bother (no food for breakfast as it was a Sunday and we had an early Monday start) the apartment was very nicely done and the dressing gowns were a nice touch. We would stay here again without a second thought, we stayed in 7 places on our trip and this was the best. You can tell Samantha enjoys what she does and is rightly proud of her rooms. They have plans to make it even better so if you get the chance stay here!

We loved the quite and peaceful surroundings of the villa situated in the mountains surrounded by farmlands. The house is beautiful surrounded by cork oaks. We definitely loved the tennis court with a mountain view! One can have a really good sports and spa holiday in this villa also because there are hiking trails near by and there is a smimming pool and hot tub. It was enriching experience to hike in El Torcal de Antequera and to visit Alhambra de Granada Palaces during our week stay.

This was a really nice accommodation that was easy to find and we were well looked after. The landscape around is beautiful and varied.

The landscape around is beautiful and varied. The town has everything you need. To make the most of it do visit the really helpful woman in Tourist Information (closed Mondays and Tuesdays). The historical tour is well worth doing and you get to see inside places that are not otherwise open. The more you explore, the more you appreciate the detail of your surroundings. An unspoilt, small town that isn't too touristy.

Alhama de Granada's old town is lovely but some areas have...

Alhama de Granada's old town is lovely but some areas have become a bit run down since our last visit 8 years ago. It may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The gorge is stunning and there are some great walks. The Balneario Alhama De Granada with its spa and hot springs is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. The beautiful Los Bermejales Reservoir is a 20-minute drive but well worth a visit.

The gorge. Easy to walk along, lovely views. Hot springs just out of town, but very busy. The old town, easy to walk around, a lot of buildings have been restored, and the castle is in the middle of restoration to a hotel. Very quiet area.

An interesting historic town within a small area - easy to visit everything on foot. Good walking, cycling and and spas nearby. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Near enough to Granada for a day trip.

The staff are really hospitable, always available to give tips about the area or offer a fresh cup of coffee. The place is decorated beautifully ánd exudes a traditional flamenco vibe with great artists flattering the walls and around the clock flamenco music playing. The outside terrace is a great place to chill and enjoy the beautiful view. We'd definitely return. Tip: do visit the Centro de Interpretación de Alhama de Granada for an incredible tour through the museum and history of the town.

The kitchen was stocked with bread, muffins, and fresh fruit for breakfast. Overall the property was clean and comfortable in itself. It is in a great location near the town centre, a number of stores and restaurants, and the Alhama de Granada's main attraction, the gorge and the walking trail.
